How would I go about experiencing sleep paralysis?

Title says it all. It's just something I've never had happen to me, and I'm very curious about it, about the sensations, the hallucinations, everything.

I always see it described as a pretty bad thing, and especially since I have lots of nightmares, I'm guessing it won't be fun for me either, but hopefully, after my body wakes up, I'll go like "cool!" like I always go after a crazy nightmare where something unusual that I never got to experience before happens.

Any good articles or guides on inducing sleep paralysis? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
