This is just an experiment !
Now let's begin shall we....
There are some simple steps you need to follow to conduct the experiment. This is not a WILD, it is something between him and deep level meditation.
Step 1
Lie on your back and try to relax your body and mind with all the techniques you know.
Step 2
Close your eyes and try to visualize: a Room. Do not fall into too much details, keep the visualization simple. For example: green walls without windows, wooden floor, white ceiling, yellow lamp. Then imagine: a Door. Do not put on emotions of the sort of what's behind the door. For example: A green wooden door with a rusty handle (you can try any combinations) You can only set a passive emotion, for example, instead of a door you can imagine a black gate or something with an opening handle. But I repeat, do not visualize what might be behind the door, let it be a surprise.
Step 3
Imagine that you are in the Room. What is the temperature in it, touch the walls what is the feeling. Just ground yourself enough. The goal is not to fall asleep, but not too awake, almost like WILD. Touch the door, what is the feeling warm or cold, ground the visualization enough. You must keep a maximum level of concentration and peace of mind all the time or everything will fade away. Like perfect awarness.
Step 4
Open the door!
Step 5
Brace yourself and let your subconscious do his part of vizualization.
Note: I repeat this is not a lucid dream and you can end up in strange places, so do not trust anybody!
You won't be able to do it from the first time, but with a little practice maybe you can do it.
Best time to try this is when you are sleepy: in the morning or afternoon like a nap.
And do not forget to share your results here, it will be fun XD
Little add up: After cross the door, you still must not fall asleep, but you will notice that some of the lucid logic work in this vizualization too. Yet you are not Dreaming, but still you are Lucid.
And Last be extreemly careful and aware of what can happen there.
Maybe I gonne a little too far. Fixed
