The Most Horrible Dream I've ever had

Now I'm not talking about the dream that scared me the most, I'm talking about a dream I had last night that has the most disurbing subject matter out of any dream I have had.
The dream is below, BUT I DO WARN YOU. IT IS REALLY HORRIBLE.

I was watching a documentary which began with the narrator talking about a man spreading the ashes of a 14-year old girl who he had kidnapped and abused. The dream then switched to a cartoon that was set to the tune of a song. A happy, fast paced song that ended with a man stomping a baby to death and then a bunch of other people come over and ate the baby.

Now before you put me in a mental institution, there is a real story that I came upon that influenced this dream/nightmare. Two parents left their three children alone in thier house, when the two 2 year old siblings put thier 18-month old sibling in the oven and cooked the baby to death.
I really need to to avoid these sort of things on the internet.

If emotions or relationships have suffered abuse or been taken away, it will burn you, and if this baby or new life has been stomped to death, in some way or context, or situation.
It might be other people walking over you, or doing this.

That story must have resonated with your reality.

That might be part of it, but I think it's mostly the real story and how it shocked me the night before.

Interesting how discordant the music was. There's something ultra creepy about completely out of place music.

The good thing about dreams is that you can always completely ignore them after you wake up.
In your case the dream was kind of disturbing of course, but if some dreams are mostly just annoying and unpleasant - like for example being present at an important exam and knowing that you are gonna fail horribly or something like that - then it is usually extremely relieving when you wake up.
I had an exam dream like that this morning and my first thought when I woke up was basically just "kickass, it was just a dream, now I don't need to give a crap anymore and can do whatever I want ".

The best person that can interpret your dreams is Yourself. If you see things, hear things, and read things your subconscious is going to retain it. Along with any stress or anxiety that you may have. Fortunately, or unfortunately, dreams will amplify it for anyone. I think I've heard of those stories before. BTW, I've had dreams about being in a mental institution.
