      Unsettling/Bad dreams

It seems that whenever i sleep on my left side, my dreams are influenced negatively. Normally, my dreams wouldn't really count as emotional or impactful, but the stuff i get when i sleep in that position has been bothering me for quite a long time now.

It's not like i get straight up nightmares, but rather it feels like my dreams are very likely to be distressing or eerie. Last night was no exception. I've asked about this a few times before, but to no avail i still don't understand the process behind this. I almost never get these high-profile dreams when i sleep on my back or my right side, yet it continues happening in this fashion and with a pretty good chance too.

So what's the deal? Have i accidentally reinforced some mental rule and so i'm the one causing this to happen?

I'm not sure of the reason behind this, but I think there is a physical reason this happens. The left side of the body is physically different than the right side of the body and more pressure is put on the side that is slept on.

I guess that's the simple way to look at it, maybe there's nothing more than that.

      Lightbulb TWO SIDES To EverythinG

The question to ask yourself is why do you sleep on the left side? In other words, what instinct is making you?
      Think about right and left.
Your dream experience seems to demonstrate the two sides of yourself.
If the right side seems comfortable and familiar, or positive....
      The left side is...?
