In the Year 2010, I tried Lucid Dreaming. I used to repeat the Mantra “This is Just a Dream” for 16 HRs a day continuously for 30 days. After repeating this Mantra continuously for 30 days ie 480 HRs I DID NOT BECOME LUCID but Ended Up stopping ALL OF MY THOUGHTS for 30 SECONDS. After this incident, my work shift changed so I could no longer practice mediation.
Now I have been maintaining a Dream Journal Since Nov 2021.
Now here is my problem: I do not remember my Dream. I do not get vivid dreams and even if I get dreams I do not remember them.
I have had Insomnia. I sleep only for less than 6 hrs.
I have been working rotational shifts and mainly night shifts for more than 12 years. It's only in the past 2 years I have had a Day shift. So I sleep for 4hrs to 6hrs.
But I have asked All my Friends and they have said that all of them dream and remember their dreams.
"So I think I need permission from God to Enter the World of Dreams. "

In the month of March I did not write anything in my DJ because I did not have any Dreams.
But everyone says you Dream so may be I just don’t remember my Dreams
So here is what I will try.
I will make an MP3 audio saying that I will remember my Dreams and Listen to it everyday whenever I get Time.
Will This help me with my Dream Recall ?
