on another fourm topic a person get a strange message from a dream

[When I was in my teen years I had a dream where I met a bespectacled rabbit who approached me in a wooded winter scene (although the temperature can be described as very comfortable). The rabbit spoke to me with an eloquence most humans envy and few possess. I asked him how he became so intelligent, despite the fact he was born a rabbit. He said that he had learned to avoid even the simplest states of altered consciousness, including sleep, and to induce them on his own.]

and this got me thinking about if advice or messages in dream are they profound or rubbish. i remeber in one of my dreams i heard a voice to free my mind which i did and became more awear and nearly lucid also going more deep last night in my dream i saw the strangest equation in my life and dreamt i was in a court where i heard why i should do RC using a argument in a quantum mechanics fashion. i have heard cases wheir mozart would fall asleep and wake up with synphony in his head and eignstein had a dream where a farmer gave him the idea for special relativity. i have heard the technique called image streaming where you daydream and describe the image using descriptive word and this turn you into a genius so why not years of dream turn are subconsciouness into genius.
edison said that genius is madness and the madist place in world seem to be are dream so does this make it the most genius however the only time i have seen genius in myself whilst dreaming is when i was reading a very hard mathmatical physics book where when i woke up i understood lie algebra for about 30 second. so i asking has lucid or normal dreaming told any thing profound like how increase intelligence, method lucid dreaming e.t.c.

I definitely think the dream state has great potential for thinking, lucid or not. I've gotten great ideas for short films and stories from my dreams, not to mention good advice from dream characters. Dreams are clearly handy in being creative, so why not in other mental faculties? I don't think I've ever gotten answers to math problems or anything like that in dreams, but then again I'm really not interested in things like that.

Unfortunately my dream recall is at the point where it's very hard for me to remember everything that specifically gets said, but I have said some very interesting things in my dream, very inspirational as well. I used to think that because I couldn't remember exactly what I had said, I hadn't said anything real, I just thought I did. But I don't know.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

Profound.
Do a reality check.

Okay, now do it again.

I would say yes b/c you can create anything you want when lucid and even if your not lucid your SC still creates a world where anything can happen.

I'd definitely say yes:

Think about it. Everything that we think about or experience, in waking life, is filtered through the id, ego and superego. There are so many different influences that we all go through, in life, that affect the way that we see the same, objective, concepts.
In dreams, those images can come to you Without having to first tumble through the multi-layered perspectives of the id, ego and superego. They come to you in a form that is either so primitive, or so complex, that they are completely foreign to your conscious mind. They can take a concept that you feel like you're completely familiar with, in waking life, and show them to you in a completely different perspective, causing you to see them in a whole new light.
That, in itself, is genius.

Im not sure if this off topic or whatever but do you think you can increase the chances of coming to an epiphany by conversating with DCs more often?
By guiding conversations and asking a lot of philosophical questions you would think you'd learn a lot more about yourself and the world in general.
I'm sure someone must have tried this by now so what was the result? Did they say things that were complete nonsense or did you recieve some great insight?

I know for a fact that some genius comes in dreams, atleast for me. I've had dreams where I may be talking to a significant being (sometimes God) discussing theories of philosophies that have only appeared in my dream. Often I remember the philosophies, and discover later that some very famous people have had the same thoughts I've had.
I wanna sleep.
