I was eating chips and my throat swelled up and I couldn't fit a single potato chip down my throat. I started choking and I started trying to breath so hard that I woke up, and as I woke up I still felt clenched but then it slowly dissappated. Was I just feeling this or was my throat actually clenching or something? If I stayed in that dream what do you think would've happened?

Ahh it was probably an anxiety dream, nothing to worry about,If you had stayed in there you either would of woken up at a later time or the feeling would of passed, no worries

Even though it felt real, remember it was just a dream so nothing serious would've happened.

That is why dreams are sometimes better than the waking life. There is always a way out of a nightmare, whereas in the real life there often isn't.

I once had a dream in which I suddenly started choking and woke up shortly to find that I had been sleeping in a strange position and that I was drooling.

Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
