Thread: 3 Dreams, And 1 Vivid Dream

3 days ago, I Came to this site after studying hypnosis. I had no Knowledge about Lucid at all. I also had no dream recall, not even one of any dreams, and thats been years.


1st Night - I Read up on Lucid all day. I tired deep meditation , I tired the reversed eye movement. I went to bed with my dream journal, and Once I awoke ‘Killed by Dog’ and ‘Locked up for 4 years came to Me.’ I knew then that it had to been apart of a dream I had... you just have that strong feeling. Other than that, I had no visual, or feelings whatsoever, it was just those words that came from the dream.


2nd Night - On this night, I was learning a lil more about The LD Brainwave Preset, and trying it out.. But my headphones ended up falling off as I was asleep. But I got Nothing! I Couldn’t remember any Dream, no words came to me whatsoever. I was disappointed once I awoke.

A BREAKTHROUGH!

3rd Night (3 Dreams, and 1 vivid dream.)

I was reading on this site, and someone had said ‘If you have a cold, you intend to dream better..’ maybe not those exact words, but something similar to that. [I Have a Bad Cold] so I just said forget it, Im going to give my mind a rest tonight. Sure enough, I woke up every time remember bits and pieces from dreams.

I 1st had a Dream that my grandfather died and how my mother was to burry him (But he’s been dead.) I woke up, and wrote it down. It wasn’t a clear vivid dream at all.

I Woke up later on that night and I must have had a dream about Hamburgers, u know that feeling when u done had one, lol. That was the 2nd dream

And THIS, was my most realist dream I have ever recalled in YEARS&#33;&#33;. I was bagging the car up from the doctors office , and Hit someones car, but I didn’t stop... I Keep going :yumdumdoodledum: , I was scared, didn’t want to goto jail. I felt so Real&#33;&#33; I drove the fu<k out of that lil car. I was in my moms car, so I drove it back to her house. I took the wheels off of Our old car, and put them on the new car, so no one would be able to tell that it’s the same car, and Identify it (Remember this is a dream) lol

Then I Woke up and wrote it down. I was so happy, Then the strangest thing happened, I went back to sleep and I don’t know if it was a dream or what, but I said ‘Cat’ ... then I said ‘Am I Dreamin’ AND I WOKE UP&#33;&#33;

So, was my 1 vivid dream good enough to say it was Lucid?
