I feel very bad because I feel this subject is bound to have been addressed before, but I couldn't find it. Here the "problem".
When I try to WILD in the evening - well, let's say it's a pretty lazy version of WILD which consists only in "let's try to remain conscious as long as possible", I oftenly feel what I think is the beginning of SP: my body is heavy and like more confortable, my limbs tend to jerk without control and I feel like waves of energy/electricty through my body.
However, I have noticed that I oftenly stop breathing. My body will "forget" to breathe for like 30 seconds and I will start feeling light-headed, feeling that if I do nothing, my body would just let itself suffocate. I have to consciouly take in air, which distracts me and gets me out of SP. When this happens, I usually give up and fall asleep "normally".
Have you experienced it already? If so is there any way to get my lungs back on track without leaving SP?

I havent.. But be assured, your body cant suffocate itself. Try holding your breathe, no matter how much effort you put in it you will breathe in.

You should see a doctor. It might be Sleep Apnea.

I agree with Abra. You should find sleep disorder clinic in your area and get tested for sleep apnea. If it happens you be SA, then they'll probbably give you that sleeping aparatus machine or whatever it's called to help you breathe better at night. But I'm probably telling you something you already know...

Well, from what I know SA is a mechanical blocking of the respiratory track, which is not the case with me. It's more like my body forget to breathe (I know that I'm ot going to suffocate because my survival instincts would kick in in the end, but it's still scary). I also know that SA causes sleep to be not chaotic and you to feel tired in the morning and sleepy, while my sleep is usually very restful. (I'm not sure I'm being clear here, forgive me, English is not my mother tongue) I have the feeling that it happens only in SP when I'm trying to WILD (when I wake up accidentally in SP, it doesn't happen)
Thanks for your advice however.
