Remembering dreams
Hey there
Just wanted some help if I could
I wanna know what I dream about but can't.
I can't seem to write a dream journal because as soon as I wake up I don't remember anything.
I have tried using the alarm clock method and nothing.
I have tried telling myself to dream and such before I sleep and still nothing.
I know I dream to but that is only because my family tells me I mumble at night and sometimes elevate myself on my elbow to same some random words like a conversation of sorts.
I also sleep about 8 hours a day
Can anyone please help me
Much appreciated

Hi Feyted,
First of all, welcome here as it's your first post.
Sometimes I have the same problem.
1. Stay motivated, don't blame yourself if you remember nothing. You will probably do better next night.
2. If you remember nothing, try to thing about people you know and places you live (house+work) in waking life. You certainly had dreams related to it.
Maybe there are some tutorials about dream recall on this website, check it out.
Good luck and happy dreaming.

Welcome to the forum
A lot of people keep a Dream Journal in which they write about they're dreams to improve their Dream recall. Better Dream recall results in more Lucid Dreams. It is important to write in your DJ right when you wake up so that you will have it fresh in your head and will not forget about it. Hope this helps!

Yeh i heard about using the Dj and even tried but as soon as I wake up I don't remember anything even if I just lie there for 20 mins or so

Also I have heard it could be a vitamin deficiency. Try Mellanomin. They say that it helps you with vivid dreams and recall. Be sure to read up on it though to see if it is right for you. Talk to your Doctor about maybe taking it.
