Every time I'm falling asleep or becoming tired I begin to hear this voice, but it over laps what it says. The voice says: What your doing is wrong, why did you lose?, they won't help you, they're not going to know you, you were wrong etc.... then my stomach falls. I sometimes catch this and try not falling asleep. I have nightmares quite frequently by the way. They strike so much fear, but also change my day to a positive. perhaps its relief.
