Dated recall list and need advice

here is a list of dreams I remembered with an L in front of the very few Lucid ones. My question is 1) why so long in between? 2) Why so few lucids? I am pretty new to the forum and still trying to induce on a regular basis. I tried B-6 at 300 mg on the 6th and 7th skipped the 8th. Back a year ago I had a mixture with the B-6 and Melatonin.
