When/where did Lucid Dreaming begin?.

I'm curious.

Most people experience (or remember experiencing) lucid dreams at least a few times in their lives without seeking them out or knowing anything about them. Others involuntarily experience them regularly. I'm sure humans have been having them as long as we've existed.
