      I cant take naps!

OK first of all I had no idea where to put this thread, so if it's in the wring forum, I'm sorry.

Yeah but I need help falling asleep during the day. Usually there is time after I wake up that I can't fall asleep again. Its usually like 10-15 minutes after. Before that is when I can fall back tos sleep.

I want to learn how to fall asleep faster during the day, and also what is the time naps you supposed to take to not be even more tired when you awake. Something like under 30 minutes or over 90? I dunno

Why do you want to sleep during the day?

They say "power naps" of 30 minutes or less are the best in terms of keeping you energized. Might be a different story if you want to take naps to dream...

yeah homes. i think you should save your 'tiredness' for your long nighttime nap. also, it is uber hard to fall asleep at night after you have a nap during the day.
