Chocolate is always a good thing! Belief can have a powerful effect too. Maybe you just got into the mindset that it kills your dreams, so that makes it happen. I know I always feel like if I don't write my dreams down from the night before, I won't have any recall the next night. And thats often the case. Mostly because of that belief I think.

It really depends on how the person's mind work when it comes to sexual urges. Like for me if I don't do it before sleep, I can't focus on LDing it becomes distracting. I've had LDs with or without doing the thing so it has very little to do with having LDs except for what I said above. IMJ
