Hi im not sure where i should post this but i find it hard to relax and clear my mind and no body ever talks about it. Could you all please tell me the ways you relax and clear your minds and mabie what you think of.

Meditation rules the nation. And if you're into experimentation, you could try Masturbation.
An easy way to meditate would be to sit somewhere comfortable (like all normal methods of meditation) and try to relax as much you can. Then imagine your thoughts as clouds, imagine them floating away, away from your mind. Do this for however long it takes to get your mind clear, then just day dream I suppose. :lol:

ok i have heard one way is to emagen a big bin and put all ur thoughts in it and lock it but i find it hard to picture things in my mind i will try the clouds one thanks.

smoke a bowl, and meditate. when I meditate I lie down because it's easier for me to relax. i'm pretty lanky so sitting up gets really uncomfortable because I feel all tangled. I try to focus on my root chakra and just concentrate on that and releasing everything. Just letting go of all thoughts and everything else. I have a major problem with clearing my mind because I can't really do it, so I like to instead just create a place and visualize it and then imagine myself meditating there. Thats a little thing i learned from think0808

Yoga my good man, yoga. It used to take me (literally) hours to fall asleep each night. Since I started doing 30-45min of yoga before bed, it takes me 15min at the very most.
try taking some codeine about half hour before smoking some (preferably )hash, rather than weed. lie back relax.....
However giving up weed and tobacco will relax you long term.
