I once remember i was in a jungle or something and a panther poked its head round a bush, my vision zooming into it and accompanied by a dramatic piano stab straight out of a horror movie. |

Do you ever have a dream where something happens, someone says something, that seems a little bit weird but for some reason in the dream you just get an overwhelming feeling of fear and then wake up? |

Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
I've had these before in non-lucids, but now I can't remember exactly what the trigger was. I also had a lucid recently where my sister was chasing me with an xacto knife. I was worried I'd feel pain in the dream and kept trying to avoid her. I finally managed to transform the knife into my camera, and she was trying to take my picture. During my great escape I lost some of the lucidity, and I was terrified of her taking my picture even though I kept consciously saying, "Relax! It's just a dream! It's just a camera! And if this is anything like any of my other dreams, she'll never get the camera to work anyway!" But I was still scared. |

When I was younger I had a 'terrible' dream where after a school play, my family and I were eaten by a giant while walking to the car. The giant was a pretty woman with a floppy sunhat detailed with a bow, a flower patterned sundress and pink flip flops. After being swallowed by her, we fell into her stomach which was filled with lime jello. |

My worst nightmare of all time (reaction-wise) involved a disembodied voice yelling "Bob" at me. |
|
Powerangers. They were always in my most terrible re-occuring nightmare which wasn't even a proper dream just a slide show of images. I don't know why but I found them intensly horrifying for no reason at all. |

Maths. Trigonometry especially. It would be stupid, like not being given enough information to find x. I would really stress out and get scared of failing. |

My Dream Journal of Horrible Recall
When I was younger I used to have a recurring dream about some giant pile of scrap metal with a pooper-scooper for a mouth. It didn't attack me, it just kinda stood there lookin scary. |
|
Theres no dream like the dream of reality.
It's usually the opposite for me. For example I once dreamed of a creepy spider that freaked me out when I woke up, but during the dream I ignored it. (It was really creepy btw, I'm not even afraid of spiders and I was freaked out.) |

The only weird nightmare that springs to mind was a girl screaming at me who had a screwed up frame rate, I didn't mind the scream. Film's shot at about 25 frames per second I think, so all her even frames first played forward, then, when she finished, the odd frames played backwards. She was just stood in the room doing this loop and I freaked out. Ridiculous |

I used to have nightmares with giant helicopters chasing me when I was a kid, I can remember never being able to escape and hearing the loud sound as it got closer, I have no fear of helicopters in real life but anytime I see one in a dream I freak out. |

About a year or two back, I had a dream where I woke up in my bed, seeing my brother on my computer. I thought of the dream that I apparently had, and said, "Man, that's like Neptune losing it's orbit!" |
|
Oh yeah. I remember once when I was little I had night terrors and I would have this dream over and over again about an alien posessing my dads body. |
