Greatest Idea of all Ideas (not really but awesome none the less)

To anyone of you who have played BioShock. This is an Idea for a VILD.
Visit Rapture before the wars, before the splicers turned it into a waste land, arrive in it's prime, and visit all of its beauties. The thought of visiting Rapture in its prime gives me the tinglies. But thats not all, if you want, meet the "perfect woman/man" and explore the greatness of the under water city.

actually, it's kind of funny that you mention this. You see, just today i had a dream about bioshock. It was in rapture, but it took place during the wars. I had all the powers in my control, but the best one had to be the ice. Ohh man, that was an incredible dream, and it felt so realistic.
