      Wilds...

      I have had one WILD before, but I can't find a good technic.
      I have tried just waking up for a moment then sleep again then I also tried focusing on a pain but didn't work either.
      Any suggestions?

      Well I read something along that line and my cousin tolsd me to try it, yeah it sucked and didn't work.
