Very weird dreams

So last night (the past 7 hours) I kept having these weird dreams, they would be in random places mostly a room I don't really remember any specifics I remeber 2 of the dreams were with my friend (who I am currently with now), but at the end of every dream ( I remember having 4) I would become paralyzed and unable to speak or move, then I would start to panic in my dream trying my best to wake up, I became aware that I was dreaming then I start to remeber that I'm next to a computer, and my friend is just across the room, I try to tell my friend to wake me up, and try touch something, anything, the computer next to me is making noise and I can't touch it, or I try to reach for my cell. Then I try to talk and all that comes out is a moan and I can feel myself do it and hear it. I think once that happens all of a sudden I get up.

Now this can be totally related, however I have done it numerous times so I don't know why it would do something this time. Basically I was drinking had an energy drink before I even drank, got very drunk and had some vodka energy drink thing, then I ate some chips and I guess I passed out and started to have these dreams. Was that sleep paralysis? sometimes it almost felt like I was having a heart attack and my whole body was numb, I've never had it happen to me before, except the sinking feeling I got one time, the sinking feeling I occasionally get before I fall asleep.... now I don't want to go back to bed!
