So many polls and surveys recently.
recall:0-3 dreams when I don't really try to recall them. 4-5 average if I get up in the middle of the night to record them. Note that it's possible that some of the dreams are actually part of the same REM cycle, but I don't see any connection between them, so I count them as separate dreams.
sleep:8-9 hours
meds:none
age:24
time:3 months now but my recall hasn't changed since I stared (if anything it's gotten worse)

sleep: 8-9
meds:none
age:18
time: Never, always had a good trait with recall.
-
recall: 4-5 if I write it down quickly, only the last one or two if I dont.
sleep: It varies, I wake up alot. Usually not more than 5 hours at a time, generally 2 or three.
meds: No. Although, I took melatonin for a time several years ago, and it had no effect on my dreams. My dreams have always been detailed.
age: 24
time: always. One of my earliest memories is actually a dream. Let me tell you, logic has NOTHING to do with it when you're two years old.

If I write it I can recall 2-3 dreams any given morning, even though I just started writing them I can remember more.
If I don't write I might not remember any, or I'll remember bits of it throughout the day. I'd say its about 20% chance I will recall the entire dream without writing it.
And I usually sleep 6-8 hours on weekday, 9-10 hours on weekends
