      Question Is my body/mind trying to tell me...

      to lose weight in my dreams? I don't remember a lot of my dreams, but in these last couple ones, I can catch a glimpse of myself and I'm thinner for some odd reason. I mean, I know that losing weight would be a good idea for me, but I think it's kind of cool if my body is trying to tell me I should through my dreams. Your thoughts?

      The dream needs to be taken into context with the rest of the dream elements.
      But, have people been nagging you about your weight? Perhaps your dream has developed because of the words of others (or by your own thoughts about how you think people perceive you).

      It's probably a combination of both. My mom has been trying (and failing) to lose weight, and for years I have not been liking my weight.

      Dreams are symbolic of our subconscious desires and feelings. You may have to try to analyse what being thin/fat means to you.
      You may want to study your elemental compositions.
