Meeting a fictional person twice in separate Dreams?

Very strange, today I had a dream about a person in what I believe are the exact same settings that I've met her before. Does meeting a fictional person twice mean anything?

Or is it common to have a false sense of familiarity with dream entities?

      Thanks!

I don't think it's an uncommon thing. I've had at least 5 dreams with a kid of around 10-12 years old. I'm always at a playground and he will always bug me to play with him. If I agree to play the game isn't a nice experience (like being bitten in the leg). If I say no he will usually attack me out of frustration. I've never met anyone like him in real life and I'm glad.

Sometimes recurring dream characters can actually be dream guides. A dream guide is "a dream character who helps you and knows more about your dream than the average dream character; some believe that it is a manifestation of your subconscious."

I'm not sure if what you described is common, but it's similar to experiences I've had. I've seen fictional people in fictional settings multiple times. Your brain can some with some awesome things while you're asleep and dreaming.

I think the most I had was dreaming of the same fictional place (with resemblances to real life places like my school) multiple times. And it's like a new episode since where the previous dream was left off. Now I think about it, it's creepy.

I have sort of a gf who I've only met in my dreams (FOREVER ALONEEE) haha I know it sounds lame, but we really connected and she's been a recurring character for over a year. We are very intimate but of course I don't let a DC influence my social or love life IRL.

Look at the dream character as an opportunity. Use them as a way to reminds yourself that you are dreaming.

Then maybe once you are lucid, you can ask them for yourself anything that you'd like to know!

I've had this one character from Great Expectations named Jaggers appear in at least five of my dreams so far. Go figure.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.
