Can someone give me ideas for a recall boost?

Hey, I have been trying to become concious in my dreams for over a year, but i have a big problem...i can't seem to remember any of my dreams. out of 25 dreams, to remember 1-2 is an incredible feat. i've tried setting the intention, wbtb for recall only, and i've been "keeping a dream journal" although only 4-5 pages have been filled. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Have you tried using autosuggestion as you fall asleep? Just keep repeating a phrase like "I will remember all of my dreams and write them down," or something to that effect, but don't let it keep you up all night.

You'll be surprised by how effective it can be.

Yea, I was going to say autosuggestion too. You always beat me, Odd Nonposter.

To expand upon what he said, find something simple. Something you would say. Personaly, I always use, 'I will remember my dreams toninght'. Whatever you pick, use that and don't change it up in the middle of the night (don't go from 'I will remember my dreams' to 'I need to recall my dreams' in the same night).

Repeat it untill you fall asleep, and make sure it is what you are thinking about when you fall asleep. Good luck!

Yeah, reality is a Dream put it in a good way. If I can just add one thing; Try repeating the same phrase a few times, BUT, switch up the phrase a few times. A phrase loses its meaning after awhile. I usually say something like this:

"I will remember my dreams when I wake up"
      Repeat a few times
      switch
"I will vividly recall any dream that I have tonight"
      repeat a few times
      switch

      so on, so forth.

Also, a big factor in Dream Recall is your mind. Do you calm yourself before you sleep? do you clear your head? Are you stressed very often? It helps if you aren't stressed.
