Dream recall method
I know its best to write ur dreams down to recall them, but I was wondering if I could recall it in some other way. I had this amazing dream last night, and when I woke up I realized it was a really epic dream, but then I fall asleep again. Now I remember pieces of it but not entirely, it was weird because I wasnt part of the dream, it was like I was watching a movie(a terror/suspense one) it was very thrilling and Id like to know If I could somehow recall it, anyone?

I've had dreams before where it's like I'm "watching" it, and I'm not a character. I've also have had two dreams that I can recall where it's like I'm watching a commercial (no the TV wasn't on in my dream) once for a hair straightener (an old guy with fine hair was on it... hmm) and the one this morning was for exercise equiptment.
I don't think that it's possible to help recall your dream that you already had a while later. I could be wrong, but it's just a guess.

Maybe under hypnosis you can recall it? I've had dreams where I felt like I'm watching them instead of being directly involved, so, third person view :P My advice for next time is to have a recorder handy, then record the dream, go back to bed and then write it down into your DJ the next day :)

hmmm not sure :? sorry. this is why some people wake up after every dream an record it, the mind has a tendency to erase memories of previous dreams youve had that night.
