So I recently got my friend intrigued with lucid dreaming. She asked me a question, that I didn't know the answer to. She asked me, "If you had a lot going on in your life (stress, busy lifestyle) would it affect your chances of pulling off a successful lucid dream?" I asked her what technique she was talking about, and she just said in general. So, could anyone answer this for me?
sometimes i find that when there is a lot of deep emotional stuff going on i am more likely to have an LD. so i think it depends on the source of the stress. also what do you do with the stress? meditate? drink? also, is the stress uncovering new or surprising psychic material? am not sure one size fits all here.
Im sure it is just classic stress. She doesn't drink, or do drugs, it is illegal to drink at our age, so she can't.
