I've been having a few dreams where i'll suddenly be completely exhausted to where it's hard to keep my eyes open, hard to talk, just last night i had one where i couldn't even stand up.
Any idea as to what this could mean?:eek:

I suspect when you have dreams like that you're starting to become aware of your real body immobilized in the bed. It happens to me sometimes, and I usually wake up right after, so I was becoming conscious. Sometimes I find my dream body paralyzed in the same position my real body is sleeping in..
Hmm... Maybe you could try a mantra? Maybe something like "When I fall asleep, my dream body will be connected in no way to my real body." It's kinda long, but you get the point. Or when you are lucid and are super exhausted, you could summon, or stumble upon like a potion, and if you drink it, it gives you tons of energy! Be creative!
I haven't really gone much into lucid dreaming through out the night but almost every morning i wake up at like 4 or 5 then go back to sleep for like 5 more hours and inbetween these two periods i have always been able to mess with my dreams and this morning i started having an exhausted dream again but i was running from a bear.. and i pushed through it and started running and then continued on a crazy ass dream. This website is definitely right dream recall is a great way to start
