Thread: Share your dream from last night in one sentence

Lots of non-lucid dreams about dreams and DV, and an awkward incident with my dog in the car.

Played an anagram game with Dreamer via text message.

I was at a performance when a woman in the audience suddenly went into a trance and had a lucid dream... I remained non-lucid despite witnessing this.

(early morning recall, yay, finally getting some back):
+ hiking in beautiful mountains under a clear blue sky, looking into the distance and seeing tall mountains appear, walking up besides rugged mountain rivers, avoiding robocop walkers (heh)

later morning (remee went off in the middle of a dream, shocking me awake, recalled other dreams):

+ two guinea pigs fighting in a small house suspended from a tree branch, one falls out, I pick it up and nuzzle it, it has a baby on its head, the woman who owns the other guinea pig is annoyed at my wife

+ I walk into my childhood room and look around, everything seems in place (but it was off a bit), I take off my shirt and move to hang it up, then think that vultures can fly 500MPH right into you and that would really mess up your face

+ Wife tells me to call my sons who are at a concert, I'm driving on a road and think they've organized the concert here, the road is on a hill, I call younger son, remee hits and I'm suddenly blinded (still driving), wake up in a panic ripping the mask of my face so I can "see" again (oops).

I walked in a protest of thousands of people, I'm not sure what against, I made my way to the front of it and I was feeling like I was actually making a stand, I turned around there was nobody behind me, I was alone.

working out with weights at a gym is the theme for this week it seems

+ long dream, many scenes but the sense of a single dream: working out in a gym with no weights available, talking with former Oakland Raiders players, see old work colleagues who set up a home office, a old Boy Scout leader who turned into an explosives expert, middle aged women fondling me (I rejected their advances, so timid )

+ I'm in a house looking out to the sidewalk, 3-4 young people finish a run, the young man says "but we haven't done cardio yet", walk through the house, it's now a gym, the young exercises are inside using it too, I set up a strange exercise bike to use

Atras came to visit me in Australia, but my dad ruined the mood by being very unwelcoming and argumentative.

1 - I was doing deals in prison and got framed for a Molotov that got thrown.
2 - I was setting ablaze everything I could find that would connect me to my old life except I kept making exceptions and taking things off of the pile.

early morning:
+ in a (motel?) room with people, my mother is commenting on the decor (she doesn't like the picture with ships on it)

+ walking through motel rooms, we enter one entirely painted in bright electric blue with relief patterns on the walls, I "recognize" the room and the patterns, I go to a table with a sushi waiter where the question is what hard alcohol goes best with sushi

+ in a room with a black dachshund, I kiss the dachshund, then hold his muzzle right up against my cheek/eye, I'm a big concerned it could turn aggressive and seriously bite my face

late morning:
+ some conflict with another family, walking around/outside their house

+ discussing basketball passing theory for the forward position player, imagining the play while discussing

+ observing snipers in camouflage creeping through the grasses, I'm standing nearby, they're taking zoom pictures of objects in the distance, I see their weapons, and then I get the "camera" view of what they're photographing.

I was talking to two separate versions of Original Poster, each with a very different personality, about LD induction and psychedelic experiences.

I was trying to negotiate my way out of the devil taking my soul to hell, I asked if he would take my body so that I could still survive if I ever got back out but he said no, he thought it would destroy me because I'd remember all the torture I endured, I made him do it anyway.

+ in a space ship that is a giant squid monster with a huge red monster mouth full of massive curved sharp teeth, i see the mouth from a few different views opening and closing, a toy is offered to the monster who accepts it with a tentacle, I see a room full of young people

+ (Palpatine?) is addressing the senate making demands, he is attacked by a force through the communication channel and starts flowing through channels, "help him!" I yell

+ I'm part of a kidnapping gang, I'm given the job of interviewing our victim with a tape recorder

+ filling a large clear bowl with water that I expect will turn dirty brown and it does, I pour it out and fill it again, I see there's a brown/bronze pattern on the plate under the bowl and wonder if this is coloring the water or if the bowl is just dirty

+ in bed touching my former girlfriend, I find that she's "quite ready" but I think she's not into it and she gets up and stands in a line with a bunch of other people

I had non-lucid conversations with Darkmatters and dutchraptor about LD tutorials, and showed Darkmatters a stop motion animation technique.

• I took the a train downtown, embarked on an affair with a man in a downtown office building, dumped him because I thought I saw him with another woman, and walked away knowing that I'd made a huge mistake.

• I stayed in a country inn and made love to an invisible man, who then gave me a list of William Shatner's rules for recalling dreams. (That was such an obvious sign that I can't believe I let it go.)

My car is actually a space ship!

You must . . . first tell yourself . . . that I will remember . . . a dream.

Undoubtably better than the other way around

AAUUGGHH!! I got to get in here more often. Here are a few of my more recent dreams:

1) Attending a new Christmas show at Disneyland but the actors seem to hate me and one squirts acid in my face, so my lawyer (who I never actually hired) is suing them.

2) Playing a new Runescape quest that involves helping to keep a little kid safe from Shadow Elves in the forest, and fighting off huge bugs.

3) Am creating a sort of 'room' of Notice-Me-Not charms to have sex in, and realize I am dreaming enough that I am trying to kind of 'store' the room so I can kind of copy-and-paste it into other dreams.

4) Am creating and leveling a character in an adventure game, then kind of turn into Death to try and help some homeless that are being ripped off.

5) At the Chipola house and having problems with a new roommate who is opening my frozen food, cooking half, and putting the rest back in the freezer and leaving it for me, then trying to set up a video game emulator on a wall projection tv screen thing.

Oh thank god I don't actually work in that horrible place!!!

I was in some kind of quarantine zone and we were trying to get outside to find the truth of what was happening outside and the army were trying to stop us with their big gates and guns.

+ I'm doing the initiation for some gang, there is a captive who must be killed, I don't want to kill anybody, this gang serves you green food in your room but only if you check in

+ a girl jumps on my tablet and breaks it, then helps me find the password so I can log on to it

+ ask a lower-class guy in a crowded room to help me with my horse, I think I'm of the noble class

+ walking up a winding path road lined with candies, I take 3 different types of mint chocolate, one of them is a huge bar, I'm trying to conceal it

+ quickly jumping down a school-like staircase, the stairs are very narrow, someone is painting them

+ skiing lesson, there's something wrong with my skis

+ bowling, can't find a ball fitting my hand, looking for a pink one at first, then a yellow one, then any one, see some very strange (dozens of holes) and over-sized balls on the racks, some guy back at my lane has gotten 60 strikes in a row, that should at least be good enough for 2nd place

Lucid: I found CanisLucidus in my kitchen and he played me at my own game for task of the month, then I went on to kiss a girl, summon a meteor, and build a giant aquarium from scratch.
