Thread: Share your dream from last night in one sentence

+ tender moment sitting with a pretty blonde girl on a bench indoors, I think she knows Chinese and we're holding a book with Chinese writing in it and I ask her to translate some words, and ask "what's <xyz> in Chinese?", she doesn't answer, we end up sitting very close, cheek to cheek, and she puts her hand on my other cheek.

+ I'm on a subway car and one girl standing a little bit away moves out of the way to reveal her beautiful friend who was standing behind her

+ get on to strangely decorated train car with wife, we start moving, 3rd guy appears, we're not on the right tracks

+ in the water, aliens/zombies from a collapsing huge ghost-cruise ship come for me under the water, I'm not concerned at first but realize later I can't get away

+ near epic (with better memory it would be epic), long, alien invasion adventure: I'm fighting for the resistance.

Back within two days ... that's better. We'll see if I can continue it.

1) Playing around the Hickory House when everything starts changing, and the house starts to merge with other places I lived, even while Luke Skywalker is yelling at me about answering the phone!

2) Flying around the country to manage to sell things in my call center job, then loading a truck for delivery stuff on my first day at a new job.

3) Bored during a business meeting at an FCM convention, I wander around talking to people, then almost get lucid before joking with someone from choir and almost getting naked with them ... accidentally.

4) Mystery shopping turns to being pranked, then watching Spidey, the Goblin and the Hulk filming a movie, before they turn into Harry Potter, who throws me out of the picture.

5) The Ministry of Magic has really blown it this time, and they have destroyed the source of magic. I am helping Dumbledore (who is my father) pack up Hogwarts to keep it out of Ministry hands, and since I am now the most powerful wizard in the world, I am ignoring the Statute of Secrecy.

I was with two people in a cabin in the woods of a post-apocalyptic world and we were saving a little girl and her brother from "zombies" and we knew that even if we saved the children we knew that we would probably all end up dead anyway.

CanisLucidus was helping me to recall and re-enter my dreams remotely.

• I had a bunch of labels that I was supposed to put up, but instead I found that I could slide them in an incision underneath my left breast. (???)

• There was an overflowing toilet and I had to go down three flights of stairs to a sub-basement to find a mop and plunger.

• I was helping Chris Evans pick out patio furniture, and he only liked the pink pieces that we didn't have in stock.

I was a Princess in a play and forgot what to do.

I was at home and I invited somebody over, it somehow escalated into a house party. I went outside and walked back in through the back door into the kitchen and found police arresting everyone, I awoke in the cells and they wouldn't feed me.

• I was trying to pack a skivvy roll but couldn't figure out where the socks go. (Side effect of doing laundry right before bedtime)

• I was sitting naked on a couch with three other naked people in my garage watching as cars drove by.

A really nice postman delivered a parcel to my doorstep, and then we went on a date.

I was on a camping trip with Dreamer and a friend, Dreamers phone charger got stolen and we couldn't find our way back home without Google maps.

Discovered a monument in the "local town" relating an old story in which I have been killed hundreds of years ago in a town bearing my own last name; I discuss the veracity of this report with my boss.

I met with an old friend who told me that something I did in high school really hurt him, and then I applied for a job with Will McAvoy from The Newsroom.

(#4) A winter camp for butchers.

I was corresponding with a friend about my dream. The dream itself contained about 8 false awakenings where I had awoken from dreaming something different each time.

I went to a cinema where they had a new virtual shock wave effect, and got annoyed at some kids for standing in front of us and talking.

A guy wanted to cut off a piece of his junk, and then a a piece of mine, so we could trade

rather epic night of dreaming, many wakings, about 16 scenes recalled, semi-lucid (false lucid?), and false OBE return to body (first time!)

+ introduced to crazy big haired woman running for president

+ arrive to table outside, I show my clicking knee to a former colleague

+ reading a newspaper describing the perils of working with shrapnel, and broken egg shells

+ cow logo place lost someone's animal

+ eating chocolate cake with central asian migrant workers (who are good bakers)

+ fly out of a house, pick up a face-changing girl to kiss her, try to do dream yoga stabilization to maintain the kiss but the dream "ends"

+ hiding from a robot

+ in an auditorium, cabbages should be 50lbs, I see guy in shiny pin-striped suit and top hat.

+ sitting around dining table of people sprinkling themselves with holy water

+ walking through hostel, get a fresh towel from an advanced dispenser, I realize I'd forgotten my yoga mat

+ I return to my body (I OBE'd when I flew off the deck earlier) and say "here I am!" to the people standing around me.

+ eating someone else's popsicle, I want to borrow the truck used as a temporary immigration checkpoint to go get my visa,

Uui! What exactly was this virtual shock wave effect? Sounds interesting!

My dream had me back in school, and I was very angry with my maths teacher - so angry that I went to the headmaster and complained - that guy had been "punishing" us by not teaching, and the end-exams were close at hand - worse yet - he had hit me on the head with a heavy book for speaking up - it even hurt!

I was going to go on a trip with my friend Dee and his family but they left without me and I was stranded at his place, I was frantically making phone calls to figure out what was going on and I was getting mysterious text messages back from a mystery person explaining everything that was happening in my dream that I didn't understand.

+ driving on wide empty tree-lined streets in a tech-company neighbourhood

+ many life-like scenes in a fancy restaurant

+ DO watching 2 albino gay men on a blind date.

I lost my brother, Jay, and Dreamer in a shopping centre in another dimension, I searched for them and when I found them Jay was sleeping and Dreamer was upset that I kept abandoning her in this dimension.

How could you!?

I avoided summoning CanisLucidus in a lucid dream because I was embarrassed about my smelly armpits.

I decided to grow a beard and then when I was trimming it I kept making mistakes and had to keep cutting it shorter and shorter, when I was finished I realised that I was clean shaven.

I spent an entire dream eating an ice cream.
