No dream or nightmare

Lately... I have only been having nightmares... Very twisted ones.. I always become lucid at the end of them and realize everthing I killed and how much blood I drank...to wake up horrified.. meditation i think helped me not have these anymore but now I don't have very much of a dream recall for regular dreams.. Help? And how can I prolong my lucidness from the nightmare. . . If you seen 11 dead bodies that you killed how would you stop from being freaked out and waking up?:eek:
