What's wrong with me?
Lately I have had no dream control. When I'm in my dream I WILL realize I'm dreaming, but it doesn't really feel like I'm lucid. My dreams are really fuzzy and blurry, and when I try to do something it doesn't work. For example, this morning I tried to to a WILD but failed and fell asleep. During my dream somebody was chasing me and I realized that I was dreaming, so I turned around, and asked who he was, but he said nothing and started attacking me. I tried to jump really high but couldn't even jump at all. It was very blurry and was NOTHING like my first lucid dream, and recently all my lucid dreams have been like this. What's the reason for this?

Maybe you're just going through a dream control dry spell. It also sounds like your dreams aren't as vivid as they should be, so try taking vitamin B6 or drinking apple juice before going to bed. If that doesn't sound appealing, you can always eat chocolate! I've heard eating it before bed works for some people.

I was going to try taking Vitamin B6, but I heard it takes a large amount of it. Like, larger than what is in most foods. However, I will try apple juice and chocolate tonight, considering I have both of those readily available. :) Thanks!

No problem. I'd try the vitamin B6 too though, just in case the rumors are false. I'm sure it only takes one or two.

You can get Vitamin B6 supplements at CVS or whatever. I hear you should take Vitamin C with it to help metabolize it, though. I'm not fully sure. You should check a doctor's advice, not mine.

If you can't move take the weights off your feet.
