These summer days it gets pretty hot in my room so i decided to turn on a fan and let it keep running while i sleep. The last few days i have gotten lucid as i tend to wake up by myself a couple of times. I don't know if its the fan blowing on me as i start to fall back in sleep, but i keep falling between sleep and wake so i immedietly know that im dreaming.
Perhaps this is something you can try and see if you get lucid easily.

I use a fan to get lucid too but in a different way. I live in Singapore and over here it's pretty much hot 24/7. I need to sleep with the air con because it gets really hot during the summer nights. I have this permanent-morning-cold and my mom insists I sleep with the fan on...but I don't. However, everyone morning at 6am, right before she leaves to go t work, she sneaks into my room and switches the air conditioner off replacing it with the fan. For some reason, the discomfort makes me lucid and i've been having really vivid dreams ever since.
