Sleepwalking

Sleepwalking is caused by sleep paralisis failing to kick in as you sleep.. thus acting out the dream. Strange...

Well I am 16 and I have only sleep walked 2 times, does anyone know how your able to sleep walk? If you move in a dream your physical body doesnt in real life. Funny thing I have never had this happen when I astral project so Im clueless how it this sleep walking works...
