My first lucid dream!was short lived!

I had my first lucid dream and i remembered most of it,i was having a very long dream which i could not remember,but i remember being in my house in my living room and i saw a sergeant from the army fully dressed in uniform with a lot of badges and achievements and he came with a bouquet of flowers to give me and was getting mad because i didn't want to take it so i "willed" a gun on my side and sure enough there was something on my side,concealed and ready to be used,but for some reason i had it in my mind it was my remote because when i usually sit in that couch its to watch tv,i then went outside because the sergeant got the idea i didnt want his flowers,i was walking down the steps where i became lucid,as i became lucid and aware of me dreaming i immediately without hesitation did the nose reality check,i also vaguely remember there was a girl who helped me get lucid but i dont remember her much,i believe she played an important role in my dream but after i became lucid i turn the other direction and ran and flew away and it was the MOST spectacular feeling ever!!you newbies would probably want to think about sex,but i must tell you,sex was the last thing on my mind,and it was the main reason i wanted to lucid dream. I felt very empowered upon waking up,the dream made me feel very powerful and on top,it was pure ecstasy.
