      Lightbulb The PASSWORD Reality Check

I am sharing the PASSWORD RC I recently developed and created success for me.

Being glued to the PC 60% of my life, I used to key in the password for my email accounts and even to DV forum always (uncheck remember me).

In the dream, whatever password I key in, the account usually opens.

I suggest this RC to the people who are sticking to the PC always.

      Please share the thoughts
To fulfill your Sleep, you have to Dream,
To fulfill your Dreams, you have to Wake up.

Don't most people have difficulties even accessing computers? And let's assume you can get on a computer: Wouldn't your password work because you assume, in real life, that it would anyway?
As children we believe anything is possible. As adults, we need to remember it.

When I'm on a computer in my dreams I'm most of the time just in a game or just on a website, I don't remember ever having to type my password, even though I need to type it multiple times a day in real-life. D:

Hahaha... The other day my WILD started off with CounterStrikeSource.. I was in a dark room playing the game, then tried to get inside of it... As far as I can tell, the computer works for me. I havent tried to do anything with it though.

I don't see how this has any advantage at all over doing something faster and more reliable like nose-pinch. If you're on your computer, you might as well just use the digital clock or read the text on the screen to RC (I've done both and successfully turned lucid).

First you'd have to summon a computer (or know where one is) to do the RC, not to mention bring up a legible password page on it, when most technology in dreams doesn't work. It's easier to use the nose-pinch or another one.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I agree with the rest. This seems like a lot of trouble. Get a computer, get it to work, actually browse to a website you know, type a password on a keyboard, if this keyboard even resembles real life, etc. Damn, I wouldn't even have the patience to do all this. Time is precious in your lucid dreams, so I'd just pinch my nose and start kicking some ass.

But hey, if you find yourself behind a computer in your dreams often, it might not be a bad idea to start typing random passwords in your waking life, and making it a routine. If it becomes a habit, you'll eventually do it in a dream and you'll become lucid. But then again, it might be easier to just pinch your nose whenever you log in somewhere.

Thanks all for sharing the thoughts. Even if the PASSWORD RC is not practical enough, I am hoping the way described can be elaborated to have regular RCs related to the individual's daily routine. For e.g, I am always forgetting about my nose, but my hands are always on the mouse and keyboard. A student might be holding a pen and a book. A room cleaner might be carrying a brush. A painter might be holding another type of brush immersed in paints.
