Here is an ebook i came across a while back..the website from where it came from is shut down. But the ebook is still available on other websites and has some very helpful/useful information in it.
The book is free by the way. One of the main tips i like from this book was to go to sleep every night at the same time...this improves quality of sleep by keeping the circadian rhythm in tune with the night/day cycle..which lowers stress. Lower stress = easier dream recall.
