      do dream journals really help?

      i wanted to know this because i really never did do a dream journal but i could only remember fragments of dreams and i never really bothered to write it down.

      i need some input here, thanks.

      Yes, they help. They help boost recall, and also serve as a nice reference for "reliving" some of your most epic dreams. They can also be used to identify dream signs.

      boosted my recall from like 5 dreams a month to 1-4 dreams aday
      Dream goals: Not completed / Tried / Completed
      Summon the Sword of Lucidity / Gravity Shifting(Walking on walls)
