Im laying in bed and im on the border of conciousness and sleep and my body feels like its on a see-saw and theres a crazy vibration that goes through my body. All I can think is that im dieng and im going on to the after-life. Is that normal or is there something else going on?
Sleep paralysis. Look it up. If you get it alot, you can use it to induce lucids.
Have you ever read the series of books by Robert Monroe? You might find them fascinating. They are basically autobiographical about his out-of-body experiences.
A very similar sensation is described by him at the beginnings of his 'sessions'.
I'm new to this forum so I don't really know where people stand on the Astral projection vs. lucid dreaming thing. Sometimes I have a hard time determining if what I experience in my sleeping state would be best described as one vs. the other.
Anyway, check out the books if you've a mind to. I enjoyed them tremendously. They might shed some light on your question.
