      just some questions

Hi, i've been having these strange experiences lately..
When i fall a sleep, it seems like i stop breathing, and i wake up in panic, gasping for air..
and then it goes back to normal really fast, but then again at the exact moment i fall a sleep again, i wake up in panic gasping for air..
what is it that can cause this? it does not happen every night, just some times, months apart..

And one more thing that has happend recently, is that exactly when i fall a sleep, i wake up (like above) but then i feel that i have to womit..
and it's really annoying, because i get afraid that i will womit etc..

anyone that know what it can be that causes these reactions?

      Thanks.

womit? I suppose you mean vomit...
My best advice would be to see a doctor!

      yeah, that's what i mean.

it's just strange, because it never happens when i'm awake, just when i fall into sleep. I do never vomit, but it feels like that's what's gonna happen, so i dont think it has anything to do with my health..

Well ... if it's bothering you enough to discuss it ... I would still support seeing a doctor. I'm sure they could diagnose it better than anyone here...

Are you overweight? Do you snore? Waking up gasping for air could be sleep apnea. I agree with Tron.. please see a doctor!

no, i'm not overweight, and i do not snore either ( i asked my gf if i snore).
The reason why i posted it was to see if someone else have had the same thing happend to them..
But if it comes back again, i'll go to the doctor, but the last weeks i havent had this problem, but i will go if it get's back
