Thread: 6 Dreams

Only 1 of them I went lucid... While it would take too long (for me) to detail all of them out (although I did write them all down) all I can say is melatonin is such a strange supplement. I took it at 10:00 (normal not sub lingual) went to sleep at 10:30, and woke up maybe 8 or 9 times throughout the night. each time I woke up ( no alarm just random ) I would usually wake up at the end of the dream. I probably had like 8 dreams but only remember 6 because I wrote the first two of them down at 4:30am. Has anyone experienced a huge spike in recall after taking melatonin on a random day. I think I had a 5mg pill. I really need to work on attaining lucidity. The 1 dream I attained lucidity was out of sheer luck that I became bored and started thinking about dreaming and immediately recognized i was dreaming. I also tried to WILD at 4:30am, was at count 200 (breath in breath out) but i was so fricken hungry i could not do it lol.
