WILD Vs DILD
I've been Lucid Dreaming for a few months now and I'm starting to think about whether or not WILD is something I went to spend some time on. Really the main factor is my patience which when it comes to my sleep schedule i don't have much of.
My question is...
How much higher quality is a WILD than a DILD
I love DILD's and wouldn't care if WILD's didn't exist but how much better are they?

Note I am no experienced WILD'er, but I have gathered a bit.
DILD's and WILD's can produce the same quality dreams, both amazingly realistic, or both completely fuzzy and dull. However, your chances of starting out good with a WILD are higher than with DILD's as you are going straight into the dream from being awake. This also goes for the length of the dream. DILD's you will realize you are dreaming usually somewhere in the middle to the end, though it is POSSIBLE to realize from the very start. However, with WILDS your chance of knowing from the start is close to 100% so in general they can last longer, given nothing wakes you up and you are in your later cycles, or chaining.
So they both can produce the same results, but your percentages are more pleasing with the WILD, given you conquer the technique.

^ Agreed. In my opinion Dilds are better, but that's only because of the stress than can sometimes be affiliated with Wilding.

No sleep paralysis>WILD
I'm a coward, I know :P.

Hello? DEILD! All the power of a WILD yet takes a fraction of the time.

wilds are sorta weird. ive only had a few dilds and thats all my lucid dreaming.
i tried wilding, had auditory hallucinations and freaked out. i was scared haha.
but really the only thing im fearing is fear itself (hahhaha wow) those images and sounds cant hurt me. then ill dream. which is good. i have to try wilding soon.
