last night i had a dream, then i "woke up" which turned out to be a false awakening. i then started DJing inside the dream, only to properly wake up and get pissed that i had not actually written down in my DJ.
Does this happen to anyone else? if so how often? (yes i do know i am meant to RC when i wake, i just forgot to)
This has happened to me a couple of times when first getting into it. So I think it may be a newbie thing to do, but I think it's a big sign of progress. Whatever you are doing, I recommend you keep it up, but maybe add reality checking into your morning routine of waking up.

Haha yea this happened to me a few times too! Iv never caught a FA before. Damn annoying though! I find if I do this I often forget more about the dream.
I never had a FA that i can remember :(
