Well, maybe it's not exactly what you're asking for, but here are some ideas to satisfy your interest in lucid dreams during the day:
- read books about lucid dreaming
- read books/wikipedia about the science of sleep and dreams
- read the tutorials on this site
- read other people's dream journals
- review your own dream journal, looking for dreamsigns and personal insight
- think about and write down tasks you'd like to do in your dreams
- imagine and daydream dream scenes you'd like to visit
- watch fantasy/science fiction movies and think about how they are dream-like
- play video games and think about how they are dream-like
and maybe most importantly:
- perform reality checks
:)
Do you have a dream journal? Keeping your dream journal and reading it before you go to sleep can be very helpful. Also, generally they say not to even attempt Lding until you have at least 12 entries in your dream journal.
A book that I usually like to read (that has helped me immensely) is Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. It's incredibly helpful and shouldn't be too expensive to buy.
