When I first become lucid, I...
- Stop what I'm doing.
- Rub my hands for a few seconds.
- Go to a wall or object and touch it.
- Observe everything around me.
To tell you the truth it's pretty simple I usually touch anything and feel what it feels like. I also sometimes say Stabilize and things get better.

When I want to stabilize:
Close an eye, generally my right eye, then start to focus either on sight or in touch, try to feel the ground I'm touching, if I'm not in ground then I will focus on the feeling of my body.
I usually touch things in the dream too. Sometimes, I'll do something quirky, like grab my own wrists. I also usually take a moment to take in the scene around me, as it allows the dream to be more stable. I usually try to activate other senses during this time. Is there wind to feel, for instance?
