LUCID AND sLEEPING pILLS

Just about to go. Drugged for sleep (Sleep interuption gig from too many hotels and circadian rythems). I do dream but can't remember. Am forgetting the log. Have many dream signs, phone won't dial like the digits are fu(%#d up.Can;'t walk like in mollasses. Ocassional dead friend. Have flown out of body. physically and in aircraft. :| :| Yesterday I had crashed on an island. It became the LOST airplane .My vividness of it was that I was now in trouble as a pilot. Very real so that when I woke it took time to soak in. IF dream is vivid and scary intense I feel intense phsical nerve agitation at the skin level

Where exactly do you feel this agitation? On the face, arms, head?

Also, what pills? Were they benzodiazepines?
