lucid induction through associative stimulus

I don't know if there is a technique like this, but i got the idea, if you can learn to MILD, then it may be possible to make a habit of associating a certain stimulus (lets say certain music, or a special vibration watch thing) with lucid dreaming. then, you can make an mp3 of that stimulus, with injected cues to reality check (for redundancy). Your brain will associate the stimulus with lucid dreaming, wthout having to recognise voices or flashing lights. The association will already be there, and that means, as soon as your brain is presented with the stimulus, you will do a RC, and become lucid.

wait, i think that's what the novadreamer does. i guess you could inject audio stimulus, like voice recordings for redundancy.
