i have looked into both WILD and Astral Projection though i have not acomplished either, they seem to be the same in concept and resault for the most part, except WILD induces a lucid dream and Astral Projection produes a OBE more or less. these phenemana seem to be very much the same is this correct? many aspects of OBE's WILD, Astral Projection and LD also seem to overlap each other.
