Afternoon lucid
I didn't find much saying anything about having a lucid during an afternoon nap, but read once before somewhere saying its possible. After a few naps throughout the week I had minor success. I was able to have two very short lucid dreams on two separate days, both lasting probably less than five minutes. They were DILD's but I swear I almost WILD'ed somewhere along the way. One other reason might be that I rhythmic nap frequently.
So, who else has some experience with afternoon lucid dreaming, and what method do you use?

That's great! I am not much of a napper myself, although I may try this on the days that I don't get enough sleep :)

Naps are super awesome for LDing because they often throw you right into REM. People can have great success this way. Personally, naps can either be great for dreaming in general terms or can bring the worst recall eva. But I have LDed this way too. Neat fun!
