I don't understand. You're sleeping while you are dreaming. Dreaming can't keep you from getting enough sleep.
Having trouble falling asleep is another matter. It can normally be fixed with general sleep hygiene stuff.
Hey newsflash when your dreaming you are sleeping!
If your waking up 3-4 times a night you may need more exercise. Try working out more often. That may or may not be the problem.
