Meditation is a form of receding back into the core of your consciousness. It often brings people the realization that their egos are fiction, stories carefully written by an unstoppable flow of reactions to sensory input. These stories replace the present moment in our minds so that the most important times seem to be in the past or future. The present, the moment that has always been, is increasingly forgotten.
Have you meditated during a lucid dream? What techniques did you use? What sort of mental relationship did you establish with your dream body?
